Thank you for taking the time to get to know more about me and my work. I'm currently a first-year master's student at the Human-Computer Interaction program at Georgia Tech. My fascination with the underlying mechanics of the human condition led me to pursue my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of California, Davis.
After working at SRI International’s neuroscience program for 2 years investigating the effects of HIV and alcoholism on the aging brain, I was drawn to HCI because of my proclivity for applying human-centricity to my work. Through my first semester at the program, I used my previous experience in psychology and research to create actionable insights to solve real-world problems, while further exploring the field of HCI. Now, I’m seeking summer internships to learn and evolve as a user experience researcher.
